Yi Shi, Esq.
Yi Shi received her Bachelor of Law, Legum Baccalaureus, in international law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and Master of Law from USC Gould School of Law in 2009.
Yi is licensed in both New York and California. As a proud California resident, Yi appears before the California Superior Court and Court of Appeal, the Federal District Court.
As a managing attorney of the firm and a trial attorney, Yi is specialized in Civil Litigation, Business Law, Family Law Litigation, Immigration Law and Real Estate Law.
Yi has also worked closely with other professionals to provide foreign investors opportunities in commercial and residential real estate investment in Southern California.
Chia Yin Janice Lin, Esq.
Ms. Lin earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law.
She sharpened her knowledge in immigration as a summer intern at a local immigration law firm in San Diego, where she successfully handled many immigration matters for businesses, individuals, and family in the U.S. After that, she worked as an associate attorney at a renowned international law firm, where her practice was focused on business transactions, contracts, Mergers & Acquisitions, and banking.
Ms. Lin is admitted to the State Bar of California. She specializes in business contracts and immigration law. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
